Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition.

How to Return

Email us at shop@threestoneranch.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap for another item, please return the original and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Some products, such as sale or limited edition items, may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
